一、承载能力不同

1、摩擦性高强螺栓:以板层间出现滑动作为承载能力极限状态。

2、扭剪型高强螺栓:以板层间出现滑动作为正常使用极限状态,而以连接破坏作为承载能力极限状态。

二、应用位置不同

1、摩擦性高强螺栓:不能充分发挥螺栓的潜能。在实际应用中,对十分重要的结构或承受动力荷载的结构,尤其是荷载引起反向应力时,应该用摩擦型高强螺拴,此时可把未发挥的螺栓潜能作为储备。

2、扭剪型高强螺栓:必 须先初拧后终拧,初拧高强螺栓需用冲击型电动扳手或扭矩可调电动扳手;而终拧高强螺栓有严格的要求,终拧扭剪型高强螺栓必 须用扭剪型电动扳手,终拧扭矩型高强螺栓必 须用扭矩型电动扳手。
2. Torsional shear high-strength bolt: initial tightening must be followed by final tightening.
