专用套筒分为内套筒、外套筒，施工时，内套筒抓住螺栓杆梅花头，外套筒紧固螺栓螺帽，反向紧固。到达扭矩后，内套筒把梅花头扭断，这时抽出套筒，扣动扳机弹出梅花头。

扭剪型电动扳手在工作之前，要把套筒头对准螺栓梅花头合理地插进，插到底部后再开始工作。

③套筒出现问题。请检查套筒是否已经磨损过度，或其他情况，也会造成梅花头弹不出来。
