1、确认现场所接电源与电动扳手铭牌是否相符。电动扭剪扳手是否接有漏电保护器。

2、根据螺帽大小选择匹配的套筒，并妥善安装。

3、在送电前确认电动扳手上开关断开状态，否则插头插入电源插座时电动扳手将出其不意地立刻转动，从而可能招致人员伤害危险。

4、若作业场所在远离电源的地点，需延伸线缆时，应使用容量足够，安装合格的延伸线缆。延伸线缆如通过人行过道应高架或做好防止线缆被碾压损坏的措施。
