在操作液压扳手之前一定要检查这些事项，然后才能操作液压扳手。

1、检查电动泵的作业电压是否满足220V；电线是否满足4个方。

2、检查高压软管有没有出现折弯的现象，插头插座上是否保持清洁；

3、检查液压油泵的油标位是否在0线以上，液压油是否清澈透明；

操作过程中的注意事项：
Precautions during operation:
1、如果在取液压扳手的过程中，出现扳手卡住取不下的情况时，应该按住按钮不松手，并扳动快速释放板机，然后松开按钮，取下扳手；
1. If the spanner is stuck and cannot be removed during the process of taking out the hydraulic spanner, press and hold the button and pull the quick release plate machine, then release the button and take down the spanner;
2、如果带有复位按钮，液压泵在起动之前要先按一下复位按钮；

3、如果在试运转的时候出现啸叫声，这时要把压力调到，反复进行工作循环，直到把里面的气体全部排完为止；

4、正常工作的温度为10-70°。
