钢结构中的大六角螺栓一般要先初拧再终拧，之所以要由初拧，主要是为了让板叠密贴，减少一个节点板多个螺栓因为拧紧次序的原因造成轴力互相影响，一般研究认为，在保证板叠密贴的情况下，初拧越小越好，因为初拧过大，尤其是超过70%以上，确实影响终拧精度。高强螺栓施工初拧扭矩大概是终拧的15%~20%，我们规定是50%，主要是因为在安装钢结构过程中时，一部分杆件成悬臂状态，节点板还要受力，初拧50%可以确保安装进度，节约螺栓(美国这种情况需要用工艺螺栓)，又能确保终拧精度。

This is mainly because during the installation of steel structures, some members are in a cantilever state, and the node plate is also under stress.
